SCAMMER ALERT! Producer Justin Lally Stiffs Porn Stars THOUSANDS $$$

When someone shows up to work they expect to be paid. I know, simple concept, right? But that’s not the case with Team Skeet director Justin Lally. Recently he’s been booking quite a few performers and not paying them.

He’s also been skipping out on paying location fees to the tune of thousands and thousands of dollars.

But that doesn’t upset me half as much as the fact that he isn’t paying porn stars for scenes he books them for.

Imagine you spent 11 hours on set one day, you would want to be paid, right? Well some performers are still waiting for their checks from as far back as November.

Most of the shoots were B/G or B/G/G shoots. And he didn’t just fuck the female talent, he also hasn’t paid some of the male talent either.

I know so far he’s burned at least two different agents, three different locations and and as many as 12 different performers over a period of just the last 45 days.

Don’t be the next person to get scammed by this guy.

If you are considering working with Justin Lally I would highly advise against it until you get cash up front.

I don’t know about you but if I work I want to be paid.

So for this reason alone I say avoid Justin Lally, no matter what company he may be working with. You don’t want to get burned like so many others before you have.

I contacted Justin Lally for a comment via his Facebook page. So far the only comment Justin Lally has made it “take it up with Team Skeet”. I tried to get further comment from him but he choose not to respond at that time.

This is nothing short of theft and I wanted to know why they weren’t paying people for the work they did? That’s some bullshit right there!

Update – January 18, 2017: I spoke with Justin Lally several time since I posted my original article.

Instead of using any money he had to pay the performers or location fees he owes, he instead decided to hire a lawyer to threaten me. So fucking classic. LOL

I asked  him why he didn’t pay when it had been confirmed that the company he was making the movies for paid him in advance. He said “The fact is that Team Skeet sent money but is was never enough to cover everything.”

I asked him why he would then produce a scene he knew he didn’t have enough money to pay for. He was really cocky about it.

“I have nothing to hide, like many productions we went over budget due to our less that adequate budget restrictions.”

All throughout our conversations he kept wanting to place the blame no the studio. He didn’t want to seem to take responsibility for going over budget time and time and time again. They studio agreed to pay $XXXX per scene. That was the deal. If he couldn’t produce the content within said budget, that was his own problem. He could have just turned the offer down from the studio and said thanks but no thanks. I can’t produce the scene for that amount of money. He didn’t. Instead he kept the entire budget and paid nobody but himself.

I asked him why he didn’t just reduce his production costs to cover what it was he was being paid for the production – for example, instead of hiring high end male talent like Chad White who arguably has the highest male talent rates in the business, hire someone less expensive, to work within the budget for the scene you were being paid to produce? That’s what a smart person would do. If he knew he only had a certain amount for a scene, why in the heck would he hire the most expensive talent out there? That’s retarded.

His response was classic. “After speaking with my lawyers, they advised me, to reach out to you and insist you take this article down.”
