It may seem that the system is already processing the received photo; however, it actually only starts making the 3D face map. If you move, the system will display a generic error message with advice related to lighting, pose, etc. So in addition to generic advice, be sure to hold still until the loading bar reaches the end.
This is part of the new upcoming banking regulation changes where all adult platforms must make extra efforts to “know their customers” and ensure the person in question is who they say they are.
